West Michigan Is a Great Place For a Vacation

If you want to take advantage of the local attractions, there's many things to do:

  • You're within walking distance of Muskegon State Park, with miles of hiking trails and Lake Michigan beach. See a webcam view of Muskegon Harbor, which borders the park. The Muskegon Lighthouse, is visible from Sunset Beach. Check out the Muskegon Lake Channel to Lake Michigan. These are all within walking distance of Sunset Beach!
  • You're only 10 minutes away from Michigan's Adventure, recently purchased, expanded and operated by Cedar Point (yes, THE Cedar Point) Amusement Parks. With its dozens of rides and attractions, it's West Michigan’s best and largest amusement and water theme park.
  • Nearby to numerous golf courses to challenge any level player
  • Plenty of seasonal activities abound within just a short drive

Several museums and historic sites are also within just a short drive, and the new Muskegon mall won’t leave you lacking if you need to feed that shopping urge.
